BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Executive Officers and Board of Directors consists of a minimum of 5 voting members holding the offices of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Sergeant at Arms and at least one Director at Large.  The Board of Directors may be expanded in proportion to any increase in membership.  The Executive Board of Directors is vested with the executive authority to conduct Association business and affairs.

Non voting members of the Board of Directors consists of at least 7 members holding the positions of Parliamentarian, PIO or Public Information Officer, Executive Officer Assistants, Business and Finance Chair, Social Affairs Chair, Political Action Chair, Meetings and Delegates Coordinator and the Web Master.
